Mighty God




The Messiah is Mighty God: The God of all creation and glory, the Lord who reigns in heaven, the One worthy of our worship and praise. With His divine power, He will execute His wise plans.

A Call to Holiness More Than Happiness

I recently read Gary Thomas' book Sacred Marriage . The premise of his book is how marriage can help us to deepen our relationship with God. When I read a book like this, I like to journal about it to help me remember what I've read. Here I've written some of the points that stood out to me the most. These barely scratch the surface of what Gary Thomas included in his book, so I definitely encourage you to read it for yourself. The Blessed Hope Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13) We are to expect and prepare for our blessed hope. That hope is not heaven or glory, but Jesus Himself, face to face, closer than ever. We don’t just wait for the coming of Jesus; we live in active expectation of the return of Jesus.
