933. Dennis’ shoulder not as bad as we thought; no surgery

934. Smell gone from bathroom; able to sleep in our own bed tonight

935. Bathroom remodel almost done; able to use part of own bathroom again

936. Mom and Dad came out

937. A chance to rest

938. A godly husband who is wise and a diligent worker

939. A daughter who is gifted musically, confident and friendly

940. A son who is compassionate, thorough, loves God and His Word

941. Able to go to Mom and Dad’s today

942. A beautiful Christmas tree

943. Safety coming home in the fog

944. Hubby able to finish his study guides and tests

945. My daughter’s generous spirit at Christmas

946. Kitchen back to normal

947. Our old cat, Dodger, is ok

948. Nice evening with cast and their moms

949. Hubby went to the store to get cat food and return some things for me

Fuel Up with the Holy Spirit

 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.” John 14:26 Once we decide to get on the road with Jesus, we discover that the Bible is like a road map for our journey; helping us to live in a way that pleases God. If we spend time in the Word everyday, we will grow to be more like Jesus. A car needs gasoline in order to work. In order for you to keep going, you have to fill the tank up. Well, just like our physical bodies need food for energy, and cars need gasoline in order to go, our spiritual bodies need a kind of fuel too. This "fuel" is the Holy Spirit. To be clamorous is to murmur, growl, roar, rage, to be troubled, in an uproar, in a stir, a commotion, boisterous, turbulent, raging. Here is a big clue for us.
