Be a Living Translation of the Gospel

Be careful to live properly among your unbelieving neighbors. -1 Peter 2:12

There can be no more valuable ministry than providing God's Word to people who have never had Scriptures written in their native language. All believers are responsible for a different type of translation. Our life is to be a translation of God's Word that can be read by those around us who might never open a Bible. All our actions should reflect God's love. When people watch us, they should see a living translation of the gospel of Christ.

Fuel Up with the Holy Spirit

 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.” John 14:26 Once we decide to get on the road with Jesus, we discover that the Bible is like a road map for our journey; helping us to live in a way that pleases God. If we spend time in the Word everyday, we will grow to be more like Jesus. A car needs gasoline in order to work. In order for you to keep going, you have to fill the tank up. Well, just like our physical bodies need food for energy, and cars need gasoline in order to go, our spiritual bodies need a kind of fuel too. This "fuel" is the Holy Spirit.
