A Woman of Strength

My mother-in-love passed this on to me in an email. I thought it was worth sharing. It says to me that "a strong woman" relies on her own strength. Whereas "a woman of strength" depends on the Lord. The Scriptures were not part of the original quote. They were verses that I felt went with each point.
A STRONG WOMAN VERSUS A WOMAN OF STRENGTH
____________
A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape... but a woman of strength kneels in prayer to keep her soul in shape.
Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will be health to your body and nourishment to your bones. -Proverbs 3:7-8
A strong woman isn't afraid of anything...but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you -Deuteronomy 31:6
A strong woman won't let anyone get the best of her...but a woman of strength gives her best to everyone.
Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people. -Ephesians 6:7
A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future...a woman of strength realizes life's mistakes can also be God's blessings and capitalizes on them.
In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith - of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire - may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. -1 Peter 1:6-7
A strong woman walks sure footed...but a woman of strength knows God will catch her when she falls.
The Lord will rescue His servants; no one who takes refuge in Him will be condemned. -Psalm 34:22
A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face...but a woman of strength wears grace.
Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, . . . Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight. -1 Peter 3:3-4
A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey...but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey she will become strong.
I can do all this through Him who gives me strength. -Philippians 4:13
