Reflect the Son

God's Son is to be "the center of it all." We are appreciated, valued and loved dearly; but we are not central, essential or pivotal. "The world does not revolve around us. Our comfort is not God's priority. . . If God exists to please us, then shouldn't we always be pleased?" God does not exist to promote us. We were created to promote Him. Like the moon was made to reflect the greater light, so are we to be reflectors of the Son of God. Everyone living a "me-first" life results in chaos. Harmony and peace comes when we seek to follow the Master's plan for our lives.

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. - 2 Corinthians 3:18

Fuel Up with the Holy Spirit

 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.” John 14:26 Once we decide to get on the road with Jesus, we discover that the Bible is like a road map for our journey; helping us to live in a way that pleases God. If we spend time in the Word everyday, we will grow to be more like Jesus. A car needs gasoline in order to work. In order for you to keep going, you have to fill the tank up. To be clamorous is to murmur, growl, roar, rage, to be troubled, in an uproar, in a stir, a commotion, boisterous, turbulent, raging. Here is a big clue for us.
